We do not sell personal information. We do not use Site contact details to enroll anyone in waitlist SMS. Waitlist consent happens when the guest agrees at the host stand or on OPENRSM Waitlist Texts.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site (hosting, email) or, for opted-in waitlist texts, with carriers and connectivity providers that deliver those messages. We may also disclose information if required by law, to prevent fraud or harm, or in a business transfer with continued protection of the data.
Retention and your rights
We keep Site inquiries while we are in contact and for a reasonable archive afterward (typically 2–3 years) unless you ask us to delete sooner, subject to legal retention. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold. Email support@openrsm.com to make a request. Reply STOP to opt out of OPENRSM SMS; that does not delete other records a restaurant may hold.

The Site uses cookies needed to run the page and keep it secure. We use HTTPS. The Site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with vendors that help us deliver the messages (carriers and connectivity providers) and only to operate this program, or if required by law.
